Jeff Jardine is clear about the fact that Mason-McBride's first priority is their clients. "We provide first-rate customer service right from the initial contact and throughout the policy period." Jeff and his colleagues do this by understanding the essence of their clients' businesses. With this knowledge they can find ways to improve the company's bottom line.

Jeff defines success for Mason-Mcbride as seeing the clients through to success in their own endeavors. He notes that this has to be done with the highest ethical standards and utmost customer service. "Our business is providing brilliant customer service while seeking the proper coverages and utilizing an independent marketplace to ensure an unbeatable price."

Jeff has his Masters in Business Administration from Northwood University and his Bachelors Degree from Olivet College where he majored in Insurance and Risk Management. He earned several scholarships including the Central Michigan Adjustors Insurance Scholarship and the Roy Westran Insurance Scholarship. He also served as an officer Alpha Alpha Chapter of the international risk management and insurance society Gamma Iota Sigma.
