Genet Medhane brings a compassionate approach and a strong problem-solving mindset to her role in the Employee Benefits department at Mason-McBride. With a degree in criminology and criminal justice from Indiana State University, she is committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful relationships with clients.

Her diverse background includes experience supporting elderly and disabled communities, engaging in social work, and mentoring young children. These experiences have honed her ability to connect with people, anticipate their needs, and provide thoughtful solutions.

Now settled in Michigan, Genet is enjoying exploring her new home in Sterling Heights and its surrounding areas. In her free time, she loves listening to gospel music, hiking, and perfecting her soul food recipes- activities that reflect her deep appreciation for connection and care.
